Two ways to buy, run out of the same building
The identification checks, the staff training and the product are identical either way. The only thing that changes is whether you come to the counter or the counter comes to you.
In-store shopping
Come in, take your time, and talk to somebody who is paid to explain rather than to sell. Our sales floor is laid out so you can read a label without a queue forming behind you.

Arrive and show ID
Surface parking sits at the door. Identification is checked in the entry vestibule before the sales floor opens, and again at the register when you pay.
Tell somebody what you are after
You will be asked what you have used before, what you want the rest of the day to look like, and how much time you have. None of it is a sales script, and none of it is required if you already know what you want.
Read before you decide
Printed menus at the counter list cannabinoid content, terpene results and batch dates. Ask for a certificate of analysis on anything and we will put it in front of you.
Pay and go
Product is packaged in child-resistant containers and sealed for transport. We will remind you what a sensible starting dose looks like on the way out, whether or not you asked.

Home delivery
For customers who would rather not travel, we are building a delivery service out of the same building, run by the same trained team and held to the same identification checks.
Planned delivery windows
- Monday to Saturday
- 11:00am to 7:00pm
- Sunday
- 12:30pm to 4:30pm
Windows are planned and begin once our delivery licence is issued. Final hours depend on the terms the Commission attaches to it.
Place your order
Orders are placed through this site once the service is live. You confirm your address, and your identification is checked and recorded against the order at that point.
We confirm an arrival window
Deliveries run on planned routes rather than on demand, so you get a named arrival window confirmed before the vehicle leaves rather than an open-ended wait.
A two-person team travels to you
Vehicles are unmarked, so nothing parked outside advertises what is inside. Product is held in a secured lockbox in transit, and the team carries only what the route is allocated.
Identity verified again at the door
Your ID is checked in person against the order before anything changes hands. If the person answering is not the person named, the order goes back to the facility.
Who can receive a delivery
- You must be 21 or over with valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- The address must be residential, and inside the area our delivery licence covers
- The person named on the order must be the person who receives it, including where another adult is home
- We cannot deliver to a public place, a vehicle, a workplace reception, a hotel lobby or a kerbside meeting point
- Somebody eligible has to be there. An order cannot be left with a neighbour, in a porch or with a concierge
- Delivery begins only once the Cannabis Control Commission issues our delivery licence
These conditions are set by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, not by us, and no member of our delivery team has discretion to set any of them aside.
